Abstract

V diplomskem delu je opisan vpliv komunikacije visokošolskih zavodov na vpis študentov, nato pa izdelana raziskava, s pomočjo katere smo preučili, ali komunikacija visokošolskih zavodov vpliva na vpis študentov. Vzorec smo razpršili na študente različnih univerz v Sloveniji. V teoretičnem delu smo opisali pojme, kot so komunikacija, tržno komuniciranje, promocijska orodja, trženje storitev, in vse skupaj povezali z izobraževanjem. V Sloveniji prihaja do naraščanja števila visokošolskih zavodov, zato smo izpostavili tržno komuniciranje kot pomemben vpliv na vpis študentov na visokošolske zavode. Raziskovali smo, kateri so dejavniki vpisa na visokošolske zavode v Sloveniji. Opravljena je bila analiza odgovorov študentov univerz ter visokošolskih zavodov. Z analizo smo potrdili ali ovrgli raziskovalna vprašanja.

Secondary abstract: This thesis describes the impact of communication on higher education enrollment, followed by a survey, of which it is examined whether communication of higher education institutions affects the enrollment of students . The sample was dispersed to students of various universities in Slovenia. Theoretical part consists of outlined concepts such as communication, marketing communication, promotional tools, marketing services which are together connected to education. In Slovenia, the number higher education institutions is growing, therefore marketing communication is deemed to have a significant influence on the enrollment of students in higher education institutions This study consists of an investigation of enrollment determination factors in higher education institutions in Slovenia. The responses of students of universities and higher education institutions were analyzed. The aim of analysis was to confirm or disprove research questions.
