Abstract

Družbeni mediji so v zadnjem času korenito spremenili pristop do tržnega komuniciranja. S spletnim povezovanjem somišljenikov, znancev, prijateljev in tistih, ki jih zanimajo iste stvari, so se podjetjem odprle nove poti in novi načini povezovanja s svojimi strankami. Našli so način, kako minimizirati stroške in maksimizirati učinek, če to le znajo izkoristiti. Vsak dan se jim na spletu ponujajo milijoni informacij, ki jim lahko uspešno pomagajo do boljšega marketinga in večjih poslovnih uspehov. V tem diplomskem delu si bomo najprej ogledali nekaj teoretičnih zaključkov o družbenih medijih in marketingu, te pa bomo v praktičnem delu poskušali aplicirati na primeru analize družbenega omrežja Prislikaj.si.

Secondary abstract: In the last few years, social media has profoundly changed the approaches to marketing. By enabling users to connect into groups, be it of like-minded people, friends or those interested in the same things, the businesses have found new ways of connecting with their clients. They have found a way with which to minimize cost and maximize effect; all they need is take advantage of it. Every day an enormous amount of information is passed through the Internet; exploiting this information can help with better marketing strategies and lead to bigger success. This thesis firstly discusses some of the theoretical aspects of social media and marketing; later on it uses the previously gathered information to contrast it to Prislikaj.si, one of the Slovenian social networks.
