Abstract

V teoretičnem delu diplomskega dela smo opisali organizacijsko klimo in dimenzije, ki vplivajo na organizacijsko klimo ter medsebojne odnose in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na njih. Teoretični del diplomskega dela smo zaključili z opisom pozitivnih in negativnih dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na delo s pacientom. V empiričnem delu pa smo z raziskavo ugotavljali organizacijsko klimo med zaposlenimi v zdravstveni negi v Splošni bolnišnici Murska Sobota. Raziskava je temeljila na kvantitativni metodologiji z uporabo anketnega vprašalnika. Vprašalnik je bil sestavljen iz 74 vprašanj zaprtega tipa. Anketa je bila izvedena v Splošni bolnišnici Murska Sobota v času od februarja do maja 2014. V anketi je sodelovalo 82 zaposlenih v zdravstveni negi. Po rezultatih raziskave smo ugotovili, da so zaposleni v Splošni bolnišnici Murska Sobota najbolj zadovoljni z delom, ki ga opravljajo in s sodelavci. Nekoliko manj so zadovoljni z delovnim časom in z neposredno nadrejenimi. Najmanj pa so zadovoljni z delovnimi pogoji in z možnostmi za izobraževanje. Zavedati se moramo, da organizacijsko klimo oblikujejo zaposleni, vendar pa so vodje tisti, ki so v večji meri odgovorni za dobre medsebojne odnose.

Secondary abstract: In the theoretical part of the thesis we describe the organizational climate and dimensions that affect the organizational climate and interpersonal relationships and the factors affecting them. The theoretical part of the thesis, we concluded with a description of the positive and negative factors affecting the work with the patient. In the empirical part, we researched the organizational climate among employees in Splošna bolnišnica Murska Sobota. The survey was based on a quantitative methodology using a questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of 74 closed-ended questions . The survey in Splošna bolnišnica Murska Sobota was conducted during the period from February to May 2014. 82 employees participated in the survey. According to the survey results, we found that employees in Splošna bolnišnica Murska Sobota are most satisfied with the work carried out and withcoworkers. They are slightly less satisfied with working hours and with direct management. At least they are satisfied with the working conditions and opportunities for education .We must be aware, that all of the employee`s are creators of the organizational climate, but leaders have huge part of the responsibility for the good relationships.
