Abstract

Slovenski avtomobilski trg se je v zadnjem desetletju precej približal razvitemu zahodnemu trgu, saj sta ponudba in kakovost vozil primerljivi z najbolj razvitimi državami. Razvoj trga je prinesel tudi številne spremembe na področju davka na dodano vrednost in davka na motorna vozila, kar posledično vpliva na konkurenčnost in uspešnost posameznega podjetja. Diplomsko delo predstavi davek na dodano vrednost in njegove spremembe, ki so sledile ob vstopu Slovenije v Evropsko unijo. Dotaknemo se davka na motorna vozila in avtomobilskega trga v Sloveniji. Osrednji del predstavlja podjetje PA Global, d. o. o, opis načina spoprijemanja s spremembami na področju davkov in ugotavljanje, kakšen vpliv so le-ti imeli na poslovanje podjetja.

Secondary title: Efect of changed taxes on company business in the trade with cars
Secondary abstract: Slovenian automotive market has got much closer to the developed western markets in the last decade as they are offering quality cars comparable to most developed countries. Market development brought a number of changes in the field of value added tax and motor vehicle tax which affected the competitiveness and performance of individual companies. The thesis presents the value-added tax and amendments thereto, which followed Slovenia entering the European Union. Furthermore we speak about the tax on motor vehicles and automotive market in Slovenia. The central part represents company PA Global Ltd., the way they coped with the changes in the tax area, and what impact did those had had on their business.
