Abstract

Za doseganje poslovnih ciljev in izvajanje strategije poslovanja v Termoelektrarni Šoštanj so postavljeni kratkoročni in dolgoročni cilji podjetja. Te cilje dosegamo tudi z dobro usposobljenostjo in razpoložljivostjo kadrov. To nam uspeva z obnavljanjem obstoječih in pridobivanjem novih potrebnih znanj, veščin in kompetenc v okviru internega procesa usposabljanja in izobraževanja. V diplomski nalogi predstavljamo projekt prenove internega procesa izobraževanja in usposabljanja zaposlenih v Termoelektrarni Šoštanj z uvedbo e-poslovanja in e-izobraževanja v ta proces. Verjamemo, da z uvajanjem e-izobraževanja v interni proces izobraževanja omogočamo zaposlenim dostopnejše in fleksibilnejše izobraževanje, podjetju pa nižje stroške izobraževanja, manjšo poraba časa in večjo učinkovitost izobraževanja. Diplomska naloga zajema analizo obstoječega stanja na področju internega izobraževanja v podjetju, predstavitev e-učnega okolja MOODLE, izvedbo projekta e-izobraževanja ter vrednotenje učinkov uvedbe e-izobraževanja.

Secondary abstract: To achieve the business objectives and strategy of the business in the Thermal Power Plant Šoštanj are placed in the short and long-term objectives of the company. We achieve these objectives, among other factors, too, with good training and the availability of human resources. We do it by rehabilitating existing and the acquisition of new knowledge, skills and competences within the framework of the internal process of training and education. In the graduate thesis, we present the renovation project of the internal process of the education and training of employees in the Thermal Power Plant Šoštanj with the introduction of e-business and e-learning in this process. We believe that with the introduction of e-learning in the internal process of education we provide more accessible to employees and flexible education, business and lower costs of education, less consumption of time and increase the effectiveness of education. Analysis of the existing situation covers the thesis in the field of education, presentation of the company's internal e-learning environment MOODLE e-learning project, the implementation and evaluation of the effects of the introduction of e-learning.
