Abstract
Živimo v okolju nenehnih sprememb, v katerem je zmeraj bolj pomembno natančno predvidevanje okolja v katerem podjetje deluje, raste in se razvija. Spremembe so značilne tudi za podjetja, ki delujejo v kompleksnem in hitro spreminjajočem se globalnem okolju. Zaradi turbulentnega okolja v katerem podjetja rastejo, se razvijajo, preživijo ali propadejo je ključnega pomena opredelitev temeljne strategije, ki kaže managementu podjetja smer v katero se naj podjetje razvija. V kolikor se podjetje spreminja kakovostno, lahko rečemo, da gre za razvoj podjetja, ki se kaže kot spreminjanje podjetja na boljše. Razvoj podjetja se lahko kaže bodisi kot ustvarjanje večjega dobička, širitev na nove trge, zaposlovanje delavcev in širitev dejavnosti.
Ključnega pomena za razvojno uspešnost podjetja je ustrezno opredeljena politika podjetja, ki izhaja iz vizije in vključuje opredelitev smotrov, poslanstva, temeljnih ciljev podjetja ter planiranje strategij in skladno urejenih struktur podjetja.
Za dolgoročni razvoj in obstoj podjetja na trgu, je pomembno tudi nenehno prilagajanje, spreminjanje in spremljanje okolja podjetja. Vse nevarnosti, katere lahko ovirajo razvoj podjetij izhajajo iz okolja; bodisi notranjega, bodisi zunanjega. Pri opredeljevanju strategij mora podjetje preučiti tudi okolje podjetja v katerem deluje. Preučevanja okolja podjetja smo se lotili iz različnih vidikov in sicer iz ekonomskega, tehnološkega, družbeno-kulturnega in politično pravnega vidika. Na osnovi priložnosti in nevarnosti, ki jih podjetje ima v okolju, v katerem deluje, smo oblikovali predlog razvojne vizije, politike in strategij.

We live in an environment with continuous change where it is of great importance to accurately predict the environment, in which a company operates, grows and develops. Change is also typical for companies, which operate in complex, fast changing global environments. Due to turbulent environments in which companies grow, develop, survive or fail an essential definition of the fundamental strategies, which serve as the company compass and show a company’s management the direction in which the company should develop. If the company undergoes change in the area of quality, we can state that this reflects a company’s change for the better. The development of a company may be reflected either in creating more profit, by expanding onto new markets, recruitment of staff and the expansion of activities.
An appropriately defined company policy is essential for a successful performance of the company’s development. The policy, which is based on the vision of the company, includes the definition of objectives, the mission, core objectives and planning strategies of the company as well as accordingly ordered structures of the company.
For a long-term development and existence of a company on the market, constant adaptation, modification and monitoring of the company’s environment, is of great importance.
All risks that may hinder the development of the company arise from the environment; either internal or external. While defining strategies, the company should consider the environment in which the company operates. By studying the environment of the company we have considered different perspectives, namely from an economic, technological, socio-cultural and political legal viewpoint. Based on opportunities and risks, which a company may encounter in the environment in which it operates, we have designed a suggestion for developmental visions, policies and strategies. |
