diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Kadrovanje povzema večje število med seboj povezanih in soodvisnih aktivnosti v smislu pridobivanja in zaposlovanja kadrov. V podjetju je potrebno skrbeti, da imamo v vsakem času zadostno število sposobnega kadra, saj bo le tako delo potekalo kontinuirano ter kakovostno. V kolikor bomo v podjetju našli primernega kandidata za določeno delovno mesto, je zagotovljeno, da bo delo na tem delovnem mestu potekalo brez večjih problemov.
Raziskali smo proces kadrovanja v manjšem podjetju. Teoretično smo dali poudarek na pridobivanje in izbiro kadrov, katera smo nekoliko razširjeno raziskali in opisali. V nadaljevanju sledi predstavitev opazovanega podjetja Tuning, d. o. o. ter posnetek stanja procesa kadrovanja, pridobljenega z intervjujem in anketiranjem. Z uporabo omenjenih metod smo stanje v podjetju natančno preučili ter podali predloge za morebitne izboljšave. Ugotovili smo, da obravnavano podjetje v osnovi dokaj dobro pelje svoj proces kadrovanja. Uvesti bi bilo potrebno le nekaj manjših korekcij.

Staffing includes a larger number of interrelated and interdependent activities in terms of production and employment of personnel. The company has to ensure that we have enough qualified personnel at any time, as this is the only way to carry out work continuously and properly. If the company finds a suitable candidate for a particular workplace, it is ensured that the work at this workplace will be carried out without major problems.
We have researched the staffing process in a small company. In the theoretical part we focused on the acquisition and selection of personnel, which was studied and described in detail. In the following we presented the company observed, Tuning d.o.o. and the snapshot of the recruitment process, obtained by an interview and inquiries. Using these methods, we carefully studied the situation in the company and made proposals for possible improvements. We found out that the company manages its process of recruitment fairly good. There should be only a few minor corrections. |
