Abstract

Secondary abstract: Families who are socially at risk are representing a big problem in our time, because their number is increasing from year to year. Causes for this are different, but definitely most common are cultural influences, the lack of financial assests, influences from the environment, psychological, physicaland social factors. It is a duty of a district nurse to recognize those kind of problems within families and provide proper individual and integrate dtreatment. It is important to involve all members of the family, General practicioner (GP), nursing and health teamand in some cases also other types of social health services. In diploma work a descriptive academic method of work has been used in research, so has been qualitative methodology. With the help of anannonymous survey questionnaire, which involved 15 open type questions, we have gained and analized data which are based on true cases.
