Abstract
Okoljske spremembe nas silijo k smotrnejšemu ravnanju na vseh področjih. Trajnostni razvoj ni pojem, ki je rezerviran za prihodnost, ampak je prisoten tukaj in sedaj in se odraža na mnogih področjih. Eno izmed teh je gradbeništvo. Trajnostna gradnja je pojem, ki je vedno bolj aktualen. V diplomski nalogi bomo predstavili osnovni koncept in merila trajnostne gradnje. Pregledali bomo prednosti trajnostnega oblikovanja stavb in trajnostne gradnje. Nadalje bomo razmislili o materialih, ki so lokalno prisotni in so ob ustreznem oblikovanju in vgradnji lahko trajnostni. Analizirali bomo literaturo o zbiti zemljini in proučili referenčne primere sodobne gradnje z zbito zemljino. V zadnjem delu bomo predstavili idejno zasnovo enodružinske hiše, ki upošteva načela trajnostne gradnje.

Environmental changes are forcing us to a more rational handling in all areas. Sustainable development is not a concept reserved for the future, but present here and now and is reflected in many areas. One of these areas is construction. Sustainable construction is a concept that is becoming increasingly topical. In this thesis, we present the basic concept and criteria of sustainable construction. We will review the benefits of sustainable design of buildings and sustainable construction. Furthermore, we consider materials that are locally present and can be sustainable with appropriate design and installation. We will analyze the literature on rammed earth and review the reference examples of modern rammed earth construction. In the last part we will present the concept of single-family house built on the principles of sustainable construction. |
