Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno preiskovanje oziroma odkrivanje napak v materialih z neporušnimi metodami. Diplomsko delo poleg rentgenske defektoskopije opisuje tudi druge neporušne metode, saj se le-te med seboj dopolnjujejo. Za nemoteno obratovanje Termoelektrarne Šoštanj je redno vzdrževanje strojev in drugih konstrukcijskih sklopov ključnega pomena. Vsi pomembnejši zunanji sklopi se pregledujejo sproti in po predpisani periodiki pregledov, ko je blok v obratovanju. Vendar pa vseh delov med obratovanjem ni moč pregledati, zato jih pregledamo, ko je blok izven obratovanja, se postroj izloči ali pa se pregledajo med remonti. Osebje, ki izvaja neporušne preiskave, mora biti usposobljeno in imeti ustrezen certifikat.

Secondary abstract: This thesis presents the investigation or detection of defects in materials with non-destructive methods. Thesis in addition to x-ray defectoskopy also outlines other non-destructive methods, because only these are complementary. The smooth operation of the therminal power plant Šoštanj maintenance engineering and other construction sets is crucial. All major external assemblies shall be reviewed regularly and at the prescribed periodical checks when the block is in operation. However, all parts of the operation can not be reviewed, so they rewiewed when the block is out of operation, the plant eliminated or rewiewed between overhauls. Personnel carrying out non-destructive testing shall be trained and properly certified.
