primerjava med Slovenijo in Iranom

    Abstract

Magistrsko delo poglobjeno obravnava žensko podjetništvo. Posebej obravnavamo žensko podjetništvo v Sloveniji in v Iranu.

Master's thesis presents the in-dept research of the female entrepreneurship, specifically addressing female's entrepreneurship in Slovenia and Iran. We consider motives and factors, also the advantages, disadvantages, and barriers for female entrepreneurship. We also study the impact of national culture because of the differences of the two cultures in these two countries.
In empirical part of the master's thesis we used the data obtained by the survey GEM. We analyzed the early entrepreneurs in Slovenia and Iran and especially the factors that impacts woman's decisions to start an entrepreneurial career, where we focused primarily on these two countries. We specifically consider factors such as the motivation, age, fear of failure, the acquired knowledge and experienceand also income of the household.
We configure that female entrepreneurs in Slovenia differ from female entrepreneurs in Iran depending the impact of household income on their decision for the entrepreneurship, as well as motivation of opportunitie entrepreneurship. Age and self-confidence in the knowledge and experience needed for entrepreneurship are influencing the decision for female entrepreneurship in both countries. Fear of failure is also influencing female entrepreneurship in Slovenia, but we can not confirm that for female entrepreneurship in Iran. |
