Analiza zasnove in delovanja spletnih trgovin

Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo predstavili značilnosti in vrste elektronskega poslovanja ter podali njegove prednosti in slabosti. Opredelili smo osnovne pojme, povezane s spletno trgovino, in pregledali, kakšne so lastnosti in kriteriji uspešnih spletnih trgovin ter kako naj bi bile oblikovane. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili podjetje Kovinarstvo Bučar in spletno trgovino Bendex3D. Glede na kriterije uporabnosti spletnih trgovin smo analizirali spletno trgovino Bendex3D in podali predloge za izboljšanje uporabniške izkušnje. Ob koncu smo podane predloge še vpeljali in testirali.

Secondary abstract:	In this diploma thesis, we presented the characteristics and types of electronic commerce and its advantages and disandvantages. We have defined the basic concepts related to the online retail store and reviewed what are the qualities and criteria of a good online store and how they should be designed. Further on we presented the Kovinarstvo Bučar company and the online store Bendex3D. Based upon u of online stores, we analyzed the online store Bendex3D and made suggestions for improving the user experience. At the end we implemented the suggestions and tested them.
