Abstract

Teoretična izhodišča: Starši so tisti, ki odgovarjajo za svoje otroke. Tako je tudi o odločanju obveznega cepljenja predšolskega otroka. Diplomsko delo obravnava starše predšolskih otrok, njihove pomisleke glede obveznega cepljenja, morebitne reakcije na cepiva, informiranost staršev o cepljenju. Predstavljen je koledar obveznega cepljenja predšolskih otrok, bolezni protim katerim cepimo, stranski učinki, svobodno odločanje staršev o cepljenju. Z raziskavo smo želeli ugotoviti ali imajo starši pomisleke o obveznem cepljenju svojega otroka, ali so z informacijami na sistematskem pregledu zadovoljni, katere pomisleke imajo in ali so se pri njihovem otroku pojavili stranski učinki in kateri. Raziskovalna metodologija: Uporabljena je kvantitativna metoda dela. Kot raziskovalni instrument smo za zbiranje podatkov uporabili anketni vprašalnik. Anketo smo izvedli med starši predšolskih otrok v centralnem parku Ptuj. Dobljene podatke smo statistično obdelali s pomočjo računalniškega programa Microsoft Excel, ter rezultate ponazorili v obliki grafov. Rezultati: Ugotovili smo, da se straši predšolskih otrok še vedno v veliki meri odločajo za obvezno cepljenje njihovih otrok, vendar pa odstotkih necepljenosti narašča iz leta v leto. Starši imajo pomisleke, vendar ne v veliki meri. Predvsem se bojijo stranskih učinkov cepljenja. Le-teh ni veliko, če pa se pojavijo, sta to predvsem vročina in lokalna oteklina. Z informacijami pediatra in medicinske sestre so zadovoljni. Sklep: Starše je potrebno informirati o tvegnjih, ki se lahko pojavijo, če bi odstotek necepljenih otrok naraščal. Svoje otroke moramo zaščititi. Medicinska sestra ima pri tem zelo pomembno nalogo. Na starše mora delovati vzgojno-izobraževalno, saj ima zelo veliko stika z njimi. Je strokovna, samostojna in mora imeti na svojem delovnem mestu veliko znanja in izkušenj.

Secondary abstract: Theoretical background: Parents are the ones who are responsible for their children. This is also about making vaccination compulsory preschool child. The thesis deals with parents of preschool children, their concerns about compulsory vaccination, any reactions to the vaccine, informing parents about vaccination. Presented the calendar of compulsory vaccination of children, the disease against which given the vaccine, side effects, parents' freedom of choice on vaccination. With this study we wanted to find out whether parents have concerns about mandatory vaccination of your child, or have information on a systematic review of satisfied what concerns they have and whether they have in their children experienced side effects and where. Research Methodology: A quantitative method works. As a research instrument for data collection was used questionnaire. The survey was conducted among parents of preschool children in the Central Park Ptuj. The obtained data were analyzed using the computer program Microsoft Excell and the results illustrated in the form of graphs. Results: We found that preschool children are haunted still largely opt for compulsory vaccination of their children, but vaccinating percentage increases from year to year. Parents have concerns, but not to a great extent. Above all, they fear the side effects of vaccination. The latter is not much, but if they occur, are mainly fever and local swelling. The information pediatrician and nurses are satisfactory. Conclusion: Parents should be informed of tvegnjih, which may occur if the percentage of unvaccinated children grow. Their children must be protected. The nurse plays a very important task. Parents must operate educational, because it has a lot of contact with them. He is a professional, independent and must have at their workplace knowledge and experience.
