Avtomatizacija sortirnika toaletnega papirja v podjetju Paloma

Abstract

V diplomski nalogi je opisana avtomatizacija sortirke toaletnega papirja v podjetju PALOMA d. d. Sortirka je namenjena sortiranju toaletnega papirja. Poleg sortirke je krmiljenih še osem transporterjev, ki sortirko oskrbujejo s toaletnim papirjem. Krmiljenje je izvedeno s pomočjo Siemensovega logičnega krmilnika in frekvenčnih pretvornikov znamke Lenze. Predstavljeni so razlogi za prenovo in zahteve investitorja. Navedeni so tudi glavni cilji in težave, ki so se med izvajanjem projekta pojavile. Predstavljene in opisane so tudi električne in mehanske komponente in razlogi za njihovo uporabo. Opisan je tudi celoten razvoj električne omare in električnih načrtov v programu Eplan Electric P8. Predstavljen pa je tudi del programa programirljivega logičnega krmilnika pisanega v programskem jeziku LAD (lestvični diagram), s pomočjo Siemensovega programskega vmesnika TIA portal V13.

Secondary abstract:	In this thesis is described automation of toilet paper sorting machine in the company PALOMA d. d. Besides sorting machine there are eight conveyers, witch supply sorting machine with toilet paper and are also controlled. The steering is done with Siemens logic controller and frequency converters Lenze. Featured are the reasons for the renovation and requirements of investor. There are also shown the main objectives and problems that have occurred during the implementation of the project. In thesis are presented and described electrical and mechanical components and reasons for their use, development of electrical cabinets and electrical plans in the program EPLAN Electric P8 and featured a part of the programmable logic controller written in the programming language LAD, (Ladder Diagram), using the programming interface Siemens TIA Portal V13.
