Abstract
V vrtcu, kjer otrok preživi dober del dneva, je skrb za otrokovo varnost, opazovanje sprememb in ustrezno ukrepanje v vseh pogledih dolžnost vzgojitelja, ki naj bi bil sposoben prepoznati določena stanja in ustrezno ukrepati. V diplomskem delu je raziskan obseg odgovornosti vzgojitelja in kompetence iz pravno formalnega vidika. Obenem je izpostavljeno vprašanje, kaj lahko v okviru prve pomoči naredi vzgojitelj ob nenadno obolelem otroku, in ali je v času formalnega izobraževanja ali kasneje dobil ustrezna znanja. Z analizo in deskripcijo veljavne zakonodaje in podzakonskih aktov so predstavljena izhodišča za odgovornost vzgojitelja. Predpisi so ponudili zanimivo prepletanje dejstev, ki so potrdila odgovornost vzgojitelja. Ta je urejena v zakonodaji in v internih aktih, kjer je med različnimi zavodi različno zastavljena. Analiza strokovne medicinske literature, na podlagi katere so izpostavljeni osnovni znaki posameznih bolezenskih stanj, je pokazala, da jih je pri otroku možno pravočasno prepoznati in izvesti najnujnejše ukrepe. Predpogoj je ustrezno znanje, ki ga vzgojitelji le deloma pridobijo v času formalnega izobraževanja. Glede na podano zakonsko podlago in relativno razpoznavne znake, ki kažejo na morebiten razvoj bolezenskega stanja, bi bilo smiselno ustrezno urediti to področje.

In the kindergarten where a child stays for the major part of the day the care for his safety is essential. The observation of the child, early recognizing of any changes and proper approach to any aberrations are crucial and any preschool teacher should be capable of that. In the paper the research was oriented in find out the extent of responsibility and the competence of the preschool teacher from the formal point of view. At the same time the question was pointed out about what can the teacher do to help an acutely ill child and if during the formal education or later he was prepared for that situation. Through the analysis and the description of the legislature and directives the teachers' responsibilities were pointed out. The analysis of the regulations have given some interesting facts which have confirmed the responsibility of the teacher. The responsibility is regulated in legislation and several directives, with some minor differences between different institutions. The analysis of the scientific medical literature that was the basis for the citation of signs and symptoms of various illnesses shows out that it is possible to recognize various illnesses and to perform basic procedures in time to avoid further complications. The basis to be able to do so is a proper knowledge that is not given to the preschool teachers during their formal education. Considering the mentioned legislation and relatively easy recognizable signs which show a possible developing of an illness, it would be have useful to regulate this field of preschool teacher work. |
