Abstract
Posledice investicijskih odločitev so dolgoročne, zato je investicijska odločitev načrtovana na podlagi teoretičnih in praktičnih izhodišč. Investicija se je izkazala za upravičeno in bo prispevala k dolgoročnem zagotavljanju uspešne rasti in razvoja podjetja.
Naložba v novo dejavnost pomeni naložbo brez negativnega vpliva na okolje. Med najpomembnejše prednosti sončne elektrarne šteje dejstvo, da pri proizvodnji električne energije ni sproščanja emisij toplogrednih plinov in ni onesnaževanja okolja. Z novo proizvedeno električno energijo pa nadomeščamo določeno količino sicer proizvedene energije v konvencionalnih elektrarnah. Električna energija, ki smo jo prej prejemali preko električnega omrežja in je bila proizvedena ob nizki stopnji izkoristka (npr. termoelektrarni), je sedaj proizvedena brez dodatnih emisij in je tako okolju prijaznejša. Prav tako je poskrbljeno na vizualno podobo, saj ne posegamo v funkcionalnost travnatih površin.
Lastniki stanovanjskih hiš ali podjetniki lahko namestijo sočne celice na lastno stavbo in s tem zaobidejo konvencionalno proizvodnjo in dobavo električne energije ter si zagotovijo lasten dolgoročen denarni priliv. Naložba v sončno energijo je zelo varna z zanesljivo donosnostjo.
Zaradi naraščajočega uspeha sončnih celic, iz katerih se pridobiva vedno več električne energije, je vedno manj povpraševanja po pomoči v obliki nepovratnih sredstev. Nove tehnologije bodo omogočile znižanje proizvodnih cen električne energije, kar bo imelo za posledico večjo donosnost in hitrejšo amortizacijo naložb.

Secondary abstract: |
The consequences of investment decisions are long-term; therefore the investment decision is planned on the theoretical and practical grounds. The investment has proven to be justified and will contribute in ensuring a successful long-term growth and development of the company.
The investment in a new business means an investment without a negative impact to the environment. The most important benefit of the solar power is the fact that in this kind of power generation there are no greenhouse gases emissions and there is any pollution of the environment. With the newly produced electricity, we are replacing a certain amount of otherwise produced energy in conventional power plants. Electricity, which was previously received over the electricity network, created at a low level of utilization (e.g. Thermo power-plant) is now produced without additional emissions and is therefore more friendly to environment. Also the visual appearance is considered, as we are not interfere with the grass surface.
The owners of houses or entrepreneurs can install the solar cells on their own buildings and thereby bypass the conventional production and supply of electricity and ensure their own long-term cash inflow. The investment in solar energy is very safe with a reliable income.
Because of the increasing success of solar cells, whereby more and more electricity is produced, there is a tendency of decreasing aid demands in the form of grants. New technologies will enable the reduction in the production of electricity prices, which will result in greater profitability and faster amortization of investments. |
