Abstract

V začetku teoretičnega dela diplomske naloge se osredotočimo na to, kaj sploh je motivacija, izobraževanje, zakaj je to tako pomembno, kaj vse vpliva na motivacijo zaposlenih za izobraževanje in zakaj sploh prihaja do nezainteresiranosti. V jedru diplomske naloge predstavimo organizacijsko strukturo podjetja Konstruktor VGR d.o.o. in njegovo zgodovino, kadrovsko strukturo in dejavnost podjetja. Predvsem se osredotočimo na delo v podjetju, torej na oddelku vodilne mreže, kjer smo zaposlene tudi anketirali; predstavimo izobraževanje, motive za izobraževanje, dejavnike, ki vplivajo na motivacijo, vlogo in pomen izobraževanja v družbi itd. V nadaljevanju ugotavljamo, koliko so zaposleni motivirani za izobraževanje, kakšen je razlog zainteresiranosti oziroma nezainteresiranosti zaposlenih. Kot inštrument raziskovanja za zbiranje podatkov uporabimo anketo in informacije pridobivamo znotraj podjetja, da pridemo do končne raziskave. V zaključku diplomske naloge smo se osredotočili predvsem na predloge izboljšav pri motiviranju zaposlenih za izobraževanje.

Secondary abstract: The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on what motivation really is, education, we question why motivation is of such significant importance, which factors affect the motivation of employees to educate further and last but not least, why it comes to the lack of motivation and interest. Further on, we introduce the organizational structure of company Konstruktor VGR inc. And its history, personnel structure and the activity of the company. We particularly focus on the work in the company, that is in the lead network department/section, where the employees were interviewed, we introduce education and motivation for further education, the factors that influence the motivation, the role and the meaning of education in the society, etc. Later on in the thesis we try to determine to what extent the employees are motivated for further education, what is the reason for interest or the lack of it. As a research instrument for collecting data we conducted a survey and gather information inside the company to come to the final results. In the final part of the thesis we concentrate mainly on the proposals how to improve motivation and encourage the employees to educate.
