Abstract

Diplomska naloga opisuje princip delovanja vlakenskega optičnega senzorja vibracij z Michelsonovim interferometrom. Predstavljeno je teoretično ozadje delovanja senzorja, načrtovanje ter gradnja elektronskega vezja in izdelava akustične antene. Rezultati meritev so prikazani na računalniku s pomočjo programskega okolja LabVIEW.
