Abstract

Pomen zadovoljstva odjemalcev se v sodobnem času zaveda vse več podjetij. Nenehno morajo iskati najboljše načine, kako zadovoljiti svoje odjemalce. Pri tem je nujno koristno, da izvajajo raziskave o zadovoljstvu odjemalcev, saj bodo le tako lažje ugodili željam in izboljšali pričakovanja ter potrebe ključnih odjemalcev. Podjetje Kopija-nova d.o.o. je sicer na tržišču eno izmed vodilnih podjetjih v svoji dejavnosti, vendar se mora prav tako za svoj tržni delež boriti s hudo konkurenco. Zato je pomembno, da podjetje ugotavlja zadovoljstvo svojih odjemalcev in upošteva vrsto dejavnikov, ki na to vplivajo. V diplomskem seminarju sem predvsem želela ugotoviti stopnjo zadovoljstva in pomembnost posameznih dejavnikov za odjemalce. Rezultati in analiza so pokazali, da so odjemalci zadovoljni z nakupovanjem v podjetju Kopija-nova d.o.o., kar predstavlja obetavno poslovanje podjetja v prihodnosti. Samo zadovoljni odjemalci lahko omogočijo trajno zanesljivost za obstoj podjetja.

Secondary abstract: The impotance of customer satisfaction in modern times are aware more and more businesses. They must constanly searching for best ways to satisfy their costumers. It is necessarily useful to carry out research on customer satisfaction, because it is only way to please customer's needs and expectations. The company Kopija-nova d.o.o. is one of the leading companies in their activities on market, but they must also fight with competition for their market share. Therefore it is important that the company finds customer satisfaction and consider numerous factors that influence this. In graduate seminar I wanted to find particular level of satisfaction and importance of individual factors for customers. Results and analysis have shown that customers are satisfied with purchasing in company Kopija-nova d.o.o., which represents a promising business in the future. Only satisfied customers can provide perament security for the company's survival.
