Abstract
Tekstilije, ki spremenijo svojo barvo v odvisnosti od pH sistema ali medija v katerem se nahajajo, se lahko uporabljajo kot senzorji za pH okolja, saj spremembo barve lahko zaznamo s prostim očesom.
Z namenom izdelave takšne pametne tekstilije smo inkorporirali pH indikatorja BCG in BTB v sol-gel membrane, ter le te nanesli na aktivirani celulozni substrat — bombaž in viskozo. Po izpostavitvi različnim pH, smo odzivnost sol-gel nanosov določali barvnometrično ter s pomočjo merjenja odzivnega časa.
Dobili smo pH odzivno pametno tekstilijo ter ugotovili, da inkorporacija indikatorja v sol-gel membrano spremeni vrednost pKa glede na pKa vrednost prostega indikatorja.

Intelligent textiles using integrated colour changing pH sensors |
Secondary abstract: |
Textile materials that change their colour due to the pH value of the environment or media in which they are or are surrounded by, can be used as sensors for determing the environment pH because we can detect colour changes just by our naked eye.
In purpose of making such smart textile we incorporated pH indicators BCG and BTB in sol-gel membranes and put them on activated cellulose substrate – cotton and viscose. After exposing this smart sensor like textiles to different pH, we defined their reactivity by colour metrics science and with measurements of reaction time.
Our experiments resulted in pH sensitive smart textile and we find out that incorporation of indicator in sol-gel membrane decreases pKa values in comparison to the pKa value of free indicator. |
