Abstract

Povzetek V okviru diplomskega dela smo ob spreminjanju procesnih parametrov (prepihovanje s plini, električna napetost) preučevali korozijsko obnašanje različnih kovinskih vzorcev v raztopinah H2SO4 in HCl s koncentracijo, c = 0,005 mol/L. Uporabili smo tri različne vzorce: cink, baker in medenino. Eksperimente smo izvajali po klasični metodi, ki omogoča določanje hitrosti korozije na osnovi izgube mase. Za to smo uporabili gravimetrično metodo v skladu z ASTM G31 standardom. Na osnovi rezultatov meritev smo dobili vpogled v obnašanje izbranih elektrokemijskih členov. Podrobneje smo analizirali kemijske reakcije na polčlenih in vpliv napetosti na hitrost korozije.

Secondary abstract: Abstract We have studied corrosion behavior of metal specimens in H2SO4 and HCl solution with a concentration c = 0.005 mol / L. We used three different samples: zinc, copper and brass. Experiments were carried out by the classical method for the determination of corrosion rate on the basis of weight loss. For this we used the gravimetric method in accordance with ASTM G31 standards. Based on the results of measurements, we got insight into the behavior of selected electrochemical cells. Further, we analyzed the chemical reactions and the impact of stress on the corrosion rate.
