Abstract

Nagibni mehanizem je mehanizem, ki napravam oziroma strojem omogoča učinkovitejše delovanje. V diplomskem delu je obravnavan nagibni mehanizem mobilnega žerjava Liebherr LTM 1100-4.2. Mobilni žerjav je tehnično predstavljen v prvem delu, v nadaljevanju sledi teoretični izračun celotnega nagibnega mehanizma s poudarkom na določitvi hidravličnega cilindra, izbire črpalke, hidravličnih vodov, velikosti rezervoarja ter določitve potrebne količine hidravličnega olja. Na podlagi izračunanih vrednosti so omenjenim sestavnim delom pripisane vrednosti iz kataloga. Diplomsko delo je izdelano v skladu z evropskimi smernicami standarda SIST DIN 15018.

Secondary title: Determination of leaning mechanism of mobile crane
Secondary abstract: Leaning mechanism is a mechanism that allows the devices or machines to work efficiently. The thesis discusses the leaning mechanism Liebherr mobile crane LTM 1100-4.2. In the first part the mobile crane is technically presented, followed by a theoretical calculation of full leaning mechanism with emphasis on determining the hydraulic cylinder, pump selection, hydraulic lines, reservoir size and determining the necessary quantity of hydraulic oil. Based on the calculated values are attributed to the above components values from the catalogue. The thesis is constructed in accordance with the European guidelines SIST DIN 15018.
