Abstract

V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni problemi in njihove rešitve pri uporabi namenskega 4/3 potnega blok ventila na hidravličnem vitlu. V prvem primeru je šlo za blokiranje drsnika ventila. Z natančno analizo je bilo dokazano, da so za ta problem krive nečistoče v hidravličnem sistemu. Krivo je bilo podjetje, ki je hidravlični sistem naročilo, saj niso upoštevali navodil proizvajalca glede čistoče olja. Pri naslednji težavi pa je šlo za padec tlaka v sistemu. Ogroženo bi naj bilo varno upravljanje z gozdarsko vitlo. Za reševanje napake smo bili časovno omejeni. Na koncu smo prišli do zanimivih ugotovitev.

Secondary title: Troubleshooting of special directional valves
Secondary abstract: In diploma work there are presented problems and solutions of a special 4/3 directional valve on a hydraulic winch. In first case valve slide was blocking. With precise analysis it was discoverd that contaminants coused the problem in hydraulic system. Blame was on firm which ordered hydraulic system, beacuse they didn't heed instructions about oil contamination. Next problem appeard when pressure droped too quickly. Operating winch in this matter could be dangerous. For solving this problem we had limited time. At the end we came to an interesting conclusion.
