Abstract

V okviru diplomske naloge je obravnavan rotacijski sinhronski reluktančni motor s trajnimi magneti (SRMTM), ki so vgrajeni v rotorskem paketu, zato je uvodoma navedenih nekaj osnovnih lastnosti teh vrst električnih motorjev. V nadaljevanju je opisan postopek izračuna stacionarnih karakteristik sinhronskega reluktančnega motorja s trajnimi magneti s pomočjo rezultatov izračuna magnetnega polja z dvodimenzionalno metodo končnih elementov (2D MKE). Z namenom verifikacije predlaganih metod izračuna so bile na testnih motorjih opravljene meritve obremenitev v širokem področju spreminjanja vrtljajev. Stacionarne karakteristike testnih sinhronskih motorjev so bile določene z izračunom energetske bilance stroja. Informacije o spreminjanju vektorjev gostote magnetnega pretoka v posameznih delih stroja dobljene iz rezultatov izračuna magnetnega polja stroja z 2D MKE, so bile uporabljene za izračun izgub v železu. Potrebni vhodni podatki za numerični izračun magnetnega polja motorja so bili dobljeni iz rezultatov meritev obremenitev testnih motorjev. Pravilnost in natančnost predlaganih metod izračuna stacionarnih karakteristik SRMTM je verificirana s primerjavo izračunanih in merjenih rezultatov testnih motorjev.

Secondary abstract: The diploma work deals with the analysis of the rotational synchronous reluctance motor with permanent magnets. In the synchronous reluctance motor with permanent magnets the permanent magnet material is placed inside the rotor structure in flux barriers. In the chapter introduction the main features of regular permanent magnet synchronous motors are presented. In the following chapters the procedure for calculation of steady state characteristics of synchronous reluctance motor with permanent magnets is described. The steady state characteristics are determined by post processing of magnetic field calculation results inside the machine by using two dimensional Finite Element Method (2 D FEM). The proposed procedure for determination of steady state characteristics of the synchronous reluctance motor with permanent magnets has been verified by comparison of measured and calculated characteristics of the tested motor. Steady state characteristics of the tested motor were measured over a wide range of speed and loads in the laboratory environment. Necessary input data for numerical calculation of magnetic field distribution in the machine have been obtained from the measurements of motor load conditions. Calculated steady state characteristics of tested motor have been determined by using energy balance method. Information about trajectories of flux density vectors in different parts of the machine over one electrical cycle, determined by 2D FEM, have been used for the posteriori prediction of iron losses in the machine. Correctness and accuracy of the suggested method for prediction of steady state characteristics of synchronous reluctance motor with permanent magnets has been verified by comparison of calculated and measured results.
