Športna fotografija - skozi teorijo in prakso

Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavi športno fotografijo skozi teorijo in prakso. V prvem delu se osredotočimo na teoretični vidik, kjer spoznamo osnove fotografije, samo delovanje fotoaparata, fotografske zvrsti in kako sta povezana zakon in fotografija. Za lažje razumevanje sledijo fotografski pojmi (osvetlitev, osvetlitveni čas, ostrina in drugo). V drugem delu preidemo od teorije k praksi, ki zajema analizo dela športnega fotografa, kjer so opisane značilnosti njegovega dela. Nato je podrobneje predstavljena teorija športne fotografije, kaj se zanjo potrebuje, tehnike in naposled športna fotografija v praksi, o čimer smo za mnenje povprašali športnega fotografa Sama Vidica.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma explores sports photography in theory and practice. The first part focuses on the theoretical aspect in which we first come to know the groundings of photography, operations of the camera, different types of photography and the interconnectivity of law and photography. The defintions of certain photography terms (exposure, exposure timing, sharpness and others) will follow and explain their meanings and functions for a clearer understanding. The second part of the diploma thesis, transitions from the theoretical to the practical part which contains an analysis of a sports photographer`s work. This part also describes theories on sports photography in detail, what it requires, its techniques and finally, sports photography in practice. The sports photographer Samo Vidic was asked for his opinion on the subject of his expertise so we could gain even more insight.
