Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava določitev navijalnih podatkov asinhronskega motorja za drugo nazivno napetost za šestpolni asinhronski motor. Izračunani so bili navijalni podatki za nazivno napetost 400 V in novo nazivno napetost 48 V. V obeh primerih je bilo navitje vezano v vezavo zvezda. Za napetost 48 V smo uporabili koncentrično porazdeljeno enoplastno in ulomljeno koncentrično porazdeljeno navitje, katera smo vstavili v utore statorskega paketa asinhronskega motorja in izdelali dva prototipa. Za vsako navitje so bile izračunane in izmerjene elektromagnetne in mehanske karakteristike. Z izbiro različnih navitij smo ugotavljali njihovo ustreznost pri izbiri zastavljenega cilja, to je ohraniti karakteristike motorja oziroma jih celo izboljšati.

Secondary title: Determination of induction motor winding data for other nominal voltage
Secondary abstract: The thesis deals with winding data calculation and determination of elektromagnetic properties for rewinding a standard six-pole induction motor for other voltage. Thesis begins with winding data calculation for standard induction motor with nominal voltage 400 V and wye-connected stator winding. After this calculation procedure was repeated two times for voltage 48 V, but with different types of stator winding. The first winding was a single-layer concentric winding and the second was a fractional concentric winding. From winding results of aforementioned calculation for 48 V we made two induction motor proptotypes on which laboratory measurements in order to confirm our calculations were performed. Calculated and measured results for two prototypes offer a posibility for choosing better induction motor prototype.
