Abstract

V specialistični nalogi je zasnovan logistično distribucijski center. Na osnovi izbranih transportno skladiščnih enot (TSE), kot so lesena evropaleta, plastični skladalni zaboj in kartonska embalaža, izbrane infrastrukture in na osnovi analiziranja delovanja več skladišč po Sloveniji so narejene osnovne smernice za notranjo logistiko distribucijskega centra. ri iskanju rešitve, kipopolnoma izpolnjuje postavljene tehnične zahteve, so upoštevani primeri dobre prakse in postopki načrtovanja skladišč in distribucije. Iskala se je enostavna, ekonomsko upravičena rešitev, ki jo je možno (dokaj enostavno) modulno spremeniti, avtomatizirati in informatizirati. ezultati so pokazali, da je centralizirano skladiščenje neprimerno boljša rešitev od necentraliziranih skladišč. Osnove uspešnega distribucijskega centra narekujejo skladiščne osnove, sledenje blaga, informacijska podpora in kontrola. Ostalo nadgradijo kadri in uspešne komercialne poteze. ačrtovanje logističnih sistemov je v celoti podrejeno željam in zahtevam naročnika, kar zahteva hiter odziv pri morebitnih spremembah, ki se lahko pojavijo pri projektih. Naloga s svojo vsebino predstavlja prispevek k načrtovanju notranje logistike sistemov.

Secondary abstract:	In this specialization work logistics warehouse center was analysed and designed. Transport storage units (like Euro pallet, plastic box and cartoon box), infrastructure and analyses of all the storages in Slovenia were the basic research problems. Directions for internal logistics for warehouse center were prepared. lready known good practical solutions and warehouse & distribution science were used in order to obtain the solution which completely meets the technical demands. The solution as much simple and cheap as possible was tried to find, consider possible upgrades of modular structure, automatization and informatization. he results shown that one central logistics warehouse center is much better solution than few warehouses around the area. Sucsesfull warehouse center demand storage units, trakking material, information support and control. Workers and smart buiseness choices made the sucses more solid. t is shown that design logistics systems is completely submitted to the demands of the client, which requires prompt reactions to the possible changes during the project. This work makes a contribution to the designing of internal logistics systems.
