Abstract
Kakor so ugibanja, da je prvi človek stopal po našem planetu pred tremi milijoni let, in ugibanja, kdaj se je začel razvijati govor; je bilo pred 150 000 leti ali več; ter različna mnenja nekaterih znanstvenikov, da smo se razvili v Aziji; in spet drugih, da v Afriki; tako lahko le ugibamo, kam in kako drvi današnji človek na svoji poti obstoja; kaj bo jutri in kaj pojutrišnjem; kaj prinašata napredek in neverjetna sposobnost človeškega uma naslednjim rodovom.
V svojem diplomskem delu sem se najprej dotaknil samega pojma trgovine, ki se je razvila šele na določeni stopnji razvoja človeka; najprej kot menjava, trgovina pa šele ob uvedbi plačilnega sredstva, denarja. A nismo ostali pri denarju. Človek je razvil naslednjo obliko plačilnega sredstva, plačevanje s plačilnimi karticami, ki so odpravile neposredni stik z gotovino.
Poplava trgovin je povzročila, da so se hitro začele ločevati po velikosti, ponudbi, cenah in lastništvu. Ob nastanku svetovnega spleta so se začele ustvarjati virtualne, spletne trgovine, ki so preko on-line računalnika prinesle v dom kupca izdelke v kombinaciji z besedilom in sliko, ponekod tudi zvokom. V svoj naslonjač udobno nameščen kupec je z napredkom pridobil sodobnejši način nakupovanja omogočen 24 ur na dan, na katerem koli delu sveta. Odpadla je skrb, kako priti do trgovine, kje parkirati, zlahka je lahko primerjal izdelke med seboj po ceni, lastnostih in kakovosti, izognil se je človeškemu faktorju, neposrednem stiku z osebjem in v bliskovitem času je lahko pregledal široko ponudbo izdelkov.
Spletna trgovina v primerjavi s tradicionalno nudi večje cenovne ugodnosti, to je posledično zaradi nižjih stroškov delovanja. Ima manj zaposlenih ljudi, ne potrebuje prodajnih prostorov, omejena je le s skladiščem in močjo strojne in programske opreme.
Po predstavitvi nastanka in delovanja trgovine Big Bang sem se posvetil spletni trgovini Big Bang, ki ne teži le k uspešni prodaji in pridobivanju rednih kupcev, ampak želi pridati svoj delež k ugledu celotnega podjetja. Zadovoljen kupec bo svojo pozitivno izkušnjo podelili z drugimi ter jo posledično brezplačno promoviral.
Po izvedeni anketi, ki se je s svojimi vprašanji dotikala ugotavljanja kvalitete spletne trgovine Big Bang z vidika uporabnikov glede oblikovne podobe, vsebinske in navigacijske ustreznosti in uporabnosti, pestrosti nabora in kvalitete izdelkov, procesa nakupa, plačilnih pogojev, cenovnih ugodnosti in varnosti, sem se lotil analize dobljenih rezultatov. Moja ocena je, da spletna trgovina Big Bang v pretežni meri izpolnjuje pričakovanja še tako zahtevnega kupca.
Nekateri ljudje težko sprejemajo čas sprememb, čas, ki nas nenehno obmetava z novimi nauki, dognanji. A kot razvita bitja se temu toku ne moremo upreti. Napredek je kakor deroča reka, ki se ji lahko le prepustiš. Nekateri si želijo ohranjati staro, saj je znano in domače, spet drugi hitijo za spremembami, k nečemu novemu, neznanemu, skrivnostnemu. In zaradi slednjih gre razvoj naprej in mi z njim.

There are surmises, that the first human being was walking on our planet three million years ago, when the speech started to develop, was it 150 000 years ago or more. There are also different opinions of certain scientists, that the human race evolved in Asia, the others claim that it happened in Africa. Therefore we can only guess, where and how the modern human is heading on its way of existence, what will happen tomorrow and the day after that, what the progress and the incredible ability of human mind contribute to the next generations.
In my diploma I first referred to the concept of trade that has developed on a certain level of human development; firstly as exchange and as business only after the introduction of means of payment, money. It didn´t stop there. Humans also developed other means of payment, credit cards which suppressed the direct contact with cash.
The expansion of stores caused, that they quickly began to differ in size, offer, prices and ownership. After the formation of internet the virtual shops emerged that brought the products into the home of potential buyers together with pictures and descriptions of the products. The buyer comfortably placed in front of the computer, got access to shopping 24 hours a day, all over the world. This means that there are no more worries how to get to the shop and where to park. It´s easy to compare the products according to price, characteristics and quality. The buyer avoided the human factor, the direct touch with the staff and in very short time he was able to look over a wide amount of products.
Web shops compared with traditional shops, offer lover prices because of lower operating costs. There aren´t so many employers as in traditional shops, they don´t need places for stores, they´re only bounded by the size of the warehouse and the strength and power of its program equipment.
After the introduction of Big Bang web shop I devoted my attention to the Big Bang web shop, which doesn´t only tend to successful selling and acquiring of new regular costumers, but which tends to contribute to the reputation of the whole company. A satisfied costumer will share the experience and in that way promote the company for free.
After the survey, which aim was to investigate the quality of the Big Bang web shop according to its graphic design, content and navigation appropriateness and usefulness, variety and quality of products, process of buying, terms of payment, price benefits and safety, I analyzed the results. In my estimation the Big Bang web shop in predominant measures fulfils the expectations of costumers, even if they´re demanding.
For some people it´s very difficult to accept changes, the time, this continuously brings some new doctrines and discoveries. But as developed beings we can´t withstand these. The progress is as the floating river which you can follow. Some people want to preserve the old and familiar, the others just follow the changes and strive towards the new, unknown and mysterious. And because of the later ones the development goes on. |
