Abstract
Vstop predšolskega otroka v prvo starostno obdobje pomeni zanj in za starše veliko in zahtevno spremembo. Prilagoditev pa spremlja nemalokrat kar nekaj težav. V prvo starostno skupino vstopajo otroci od enega leta naprej. To obdobje je za predšolskega otroka precej naporno in razburljivo. Prva pomembnejša in dlje časa trajajoča ločitev od matere je zanj huda stiska, prav tako za mater. V vrtcu, oddelku 1 do 3 let, zato delujejo za tovrstno delo posebej skrbno strokovno usposobljeni delavci. Ti vzgojitelji težijo k cilju, čim hitrejše prilagoditve otroka v novo socialno okolje in zato v procesu pri prilagajanju otroka aktivno sodelujejo. Sprejemajo ga z vsem potrebnim strokovnim aparatom znanja in s potrebno mero emocionalnega kapitala, s čimer želijo otrokovo vključitev v novo okolje čim hitreje doseči. Za to pa potrebujejo optimalno sodelovanje staršev, ki so dolžni vzgojitelja informirati o vseh pomembnih otrokovih značilnostih, lastnostih in tudi posebnostih.

For a preschool child entering his first age period means a great change for him and his parents. The adjustment is often accompanied with difficulties. The first age group are entering children aged one and above. This period is quite tiring and exciting for a preschool child. His first significant and longer separation from his mother causes a distress. Not only for him but also for his mother. In kindergarten in the department for 1 to 3 year olds, there are working specially trained skilled workers. They are working towards the goal to a quick adaptation of a child into a new social environment, so they are working closely in that process. They accompany him with all needed professional knowledge and required emotional capital to adjust the child as soon as possible to the new environment. An optimal cooperation with parents is needed where they inform educators about all important child's characteristics and specialties. |
