Abstract

V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno preiskovanje oziroma odkrivanje napak v materialih z neporušnimi metodami. Diplomsko delo ne zajema le ultrazvočne metode, ampak večino neporušnih metod, saj se med seboj dopolnjujejo. Za nemoteno obratovanje Termoelektrarne Šoštanj je vzdrževanje strojev ali drugih konstrukcijskih sklopov ključnega pomena. Vsi pomembnejši zunanji sklopi, se pregledujejo sproti in po predpisani periodiki pregledov, ko je blok v obratovanju. Vendar pa vseh delov med obratovanjem ni mogoče pregledati, zato se pregledujejo v remontu ali pa postroj izločijo iz obratovanja, da se opravijo potrebne preiskave. Osebje, ki izvaja neporušne preiskave, mora biti usposobljeno in ustrezno certificirano.

Secondary title: Ultrasonic detection of critical defects in energy components
Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis presents the research or error detection in materials with non-destructive testing methods. It does not contain only the ultrasound methods but also the greater part of the non-destructive testing methods as they supplement each other. The maintenance of machinery and other construction sets represents the key factor for the unhindered operation of the Thermal power station Šoštanj. All important external sets are regularly inspected during the operation of the block according to the prescribed inspection time schedule. However, all parts cannot be inspected during the operation of the station therefore they have to be inspected during the overhaul or while the set is withdrawn from service in order to perform the necessary inspections. The personnel performing the non-destructive inspections must be qualified and appropriately certified.
