diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa
Abstract
V diplomski nalogi je opisano delovanje programa CitectSCADA in komunikacija nadzornega sistema s krmilnikom preko OPC strežnika. Najprej je predstavljena komunikacija krmilnika z nadzornim sistemom preko OPC strežnika, v tem delu so opisani koraki za uspešno povezavo nadzornega sistema s krmilnikom in zajem točk. V drugem delu je po korakih opisana realizacija nadzornega sistema. Predstavljene so tudi glavne funkcije programa CitectSCADA in uporaba le teh v projektu. S pomočjo diplome bodo študenti avtomatike razumeli delovanje programa in ga postopoma nadgrajevali ter dodajali nove aplikacije (povezavo z podatkovnimi bazami, internetne aplikacije,…). Na koncu so še predstavljeni rezultati testiranja vzporednega delovanja dveh nadzornih sistemov, in sicer CitectSCADA 7.1 (ki je opisana v tej diplomi) in CitectSCADA 5.0. Projekt je izveden po postopku »reverse engineering«, saj je bilo za izvedbo potrebno podrobno preučiti obstoječi sistem.

In this diploma paper the operation of the CitectSCADA program is described using the OPC communication for data exchange with PLC. In the first part of the paper the communication with PLC via OPC server is introduced, as well as the basic steps to install OPC server and successfully connect SCADA with PLC. In the second part of the paper the realisation of the control system is described step by step. Main functions of CitectSCADA development tools and how we use them in a project is also described. This diploma paper will help students understand the operation of CitectSCADA, thus enabling them to upgrade the control system with adding new applications (database connection, web application,…). In the end the results of testing the control system and paralel operation of CitectSCADA 7.1 and CitectSCADA 5.0 are presented. Method used in our project is reverse engineering since it was necessary to thoroughly inspect the existing system. |
