Abstract
Družinska podjetja predstavljajo čedalje večji delež v strukturi vseh podjetij in pomembno prispevajo k stabilnosti gospodarstva. Vse pogosteje so tudi predmet številnih raziskav, saj gre za podjetja z določenimi razvojnimi in upravljalno – vodstvenimi posebnostmi. Bistvena posebnost družinskega podjetja je prepletanje poslovnega in družinskega sistema, saj družina, ne glede na formalno vlogo v podjetju odločilno vpliva na vse sestavine politike podjetja. Zato so usklajene vrednote in interesi vseh članov podjetniške družine temelj za obstoj in razvoj družinskega podjetja. Njihove usklajene vrednote in interesi morajo biti natančno izraženi in zapisani v politiki družinskega podjetja, ki je izhodišče vsemu podjetniškemu planiranju.
Naloga je razdeljena na teoretični in aplikativni del. V teoretičnem delu smo opredelili različne definicije družinskega podjetja in spoznali, da v literaturi pojem družinskega podjetja ni enotno opredeljen. Proučili smo posebnosti upravljanja in vodenja družinskega podjetja in izhajali iz zasnove razvojnega planiranja v okviru MER – ovega modela integralnega managementa. V družinskem podjetju pogosto prihaja do navzkrižja različnih interesov, ki jih je potrebno uskladiti. Usklajeni interesi se namreč izražajo skozi zavezanost družine podjetju, skozi družinsko poslanstvo in vizijo ter politiko družinskega podjetja. Politika podjetja je izhodišče za urejene odnose v družinskem podjetju.
V aplikativnem delu smo teoretična spoznanja prenesli na družinsko podjetje Bell d.o.o., ki smo ga v skladu za potrebe planiranja razvoja družinskega podjetja z omejitvijo na politiko podjetja predstavili od ustanovitve do danes. V nadaljevanju smo z metodo za ugotavljanje faze življenjskega cikla podjetja presojali, na kateri stopnji razvoja se nahaja podjetje in ugotovili, da se nahaja v fazi rasti z nekaterimi zametki pionirskega podjetja. Sledila je proučitev interesov ključnih udeležencev podjetja, njihovih vrednot, prednosti in slabosti podjetja ter analiza trendov v razvoju okolja, na osnovi katerih smo določili priložnosti in nevarnosti za podjetje.
Izidi raziskovalno – prognostičnih procesov v obliki prognoz (napovedi) so nam služili kot izhodišče za podan predlog politike družinskega podjetja Bell d.o.o., ki je usmerjena v izpolnjevanje interesov vseh udeležencev podjetja.

Planning of development of a family business with a limit of business policy |

Family businesses make up a growing share in the structure of all businesses and contribute to economic stability in a significant way. Their specific development and managerial - running properties also increasingly make them the subject of many a study. The main special feature of a family business is the intertwining of a business and family system in view of the decisive influence over all elements of the business' policy exerted by the family irrespective of its formal role therein, which is why the survival and development of a family business is subject to harmonised values and interests of all members of an entrepreneurial family. Their harmonised values and interests must be specifically expressed and written down in the family business' policy which forms the starting point of all entrepreneurial planning.
The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and an applied part. The theoretical part sees various definitions of a family business, recognising that literature does not define this term in a uniform way. With family businesses oftentimes subject to conflict of various interests that must be harmonised, the theoretical part also sees an examination of the special features related to managing and running a family business, deriving from the development planning approach that forms part of the MER model of integral management. Harmonised interests express themselves through the family's commitment to the business through their mission and vision as well as the family business' policy. The policy of the business serves as the departing point for proper relationships in a family business.
The applied part sees a transfer of our theoretical findings to the Bell d. o. o. family business that, for the purposes of family business development planning, limited to the business' policy, is presented from its founding until the present day. The applied part continues with a judgement regarding the level of development currently attained by the business by means of the life cycle phase determination method, followed by an examination of the key shareholders of the business' interests, their values, advantages and disadvantages of the business as well as a trend analysis with regard to the development of the environment, based on which opportunities and risks for the company are identified.
The results of our research – prognostic processes in the form of prognoses (predictions) serve as a starting point for proposing a policy for Bell d. o. o. that is directed towards meeting the interests of all shareholders of the business. |
