Abstract

Diplomsko delo obsega določanje koncentracije anionov z ionsko kromatografijo in primerjavo določanja koncentracije fosfata z ionsko kromatografijo in molekulsko spektroskopijo.

Secondary title: DETERMINATION OF ANIONS BY ION CHROMATOGRAPHY
Secondary abstract: Water quality is reflecting in the content of different compounds, depending on natural processes and human activities, as well. It can be determined by qualitative and quantitative estimation. Parameters which represent water quality are dependent on intention of water use. For every type of water usage there are different parameters which describe water quality in most adequate way. Content of certain anions such as chloride, nitrate (V), sulfate, phosphate and nitrate (III) is an indicator of water quality. Thesis comprises the determination of anions using ion chromatography and comparison of two methods, namely molecular spectroscopy and ion chromatography for phosphate determination. After analytical procedure optimisation, the validation of analytical method was performed. Results of measuements are precise and accurate and it is proved that the method is suitable for anion determination in different types of water.
