Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo raziskali kadrovske procese v podjetju Toko, d. o. o. Opredelili smo, kdo izvaja kadrovske procese in na kakšen način jih izvaja. Opisali in prikazali smo potek obstoječih kadrovskih procesov in na podlagi tega oblikovali model kadrovske dejavnosti. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili kadre – to so vsi zaposleni v podjetju in so pomembni pri uresničevanju ciljev organizacije, zato je potrebno pravilno vodenje in stalno izobraževanje. Kadrovska funkcija se nanaša na kadrovske potrebe. Opisali in našteli smo kadrovske procese ter predstavili osnovni kadrovski proces - kadrovanje, ki se v podjetju neprestano izvaja. Kadrovski procesi pa se v večini danes izvajajo s pomočjo kadrovskega informacijskega sistema. V empiričnem delu smo raziskovali kadrovske procese v podjetju Toko, d. o. o. Raziskovanje je potekalo na podlagi intervjuja z direktorjem podjetja in kadrovsko referentko. Zanimalo nas je, kdo izvaja kadrovske procese v podjetju, ali prihaja do podvajanja nalog, kajti kadrovsko funkcijo v podjetju Toko, d. o. o. izvajajo kadrovska referentka, direktor, administrativna služba in zunanji izvajalci. Kadrovske procese, ki se v podjetju izvajajo, smo opisali in jih grafično prikazali s programom Microsoft Visio 2010. V zaključku smo podali svoje ugotovitve, mnenje in nekaj predlogov za izboljšanje obstoječega stanja.

Secondary abstract: In the diploma we studied personnel processes in the company Toko Ltd. We defined who is implementing the personnel processes and how they are performed. We described and showed the course of existent personnel processes and on that base we made the model of personnel function. In the theoretical part we presented the staff - all employees of the company who are important in achieving the objectives of the organization, therefore the staff requires proper management and continuous education. Personnel function relates to the staffing needs. We described and enumerated human resource processes and presented the basic personnel process - staffing which the company is constantly doing. Most of the personnel processes are implemented with the help of the HR information system. In the empirical part we studied personnel processes within the company. The research was conducted through interviews with the company director and personnel manager. We wanted to find out who is implementing the personnel processes and if the human resource tasks are duplicated because personnel function in the company Toko Ltd. is performed by the director, personnel manager, administrative services and by external contractors. Personnel processes that are performed in the company are described and graphically presented by using Microsoft Visio 2010. In conclusion, we presented our findings, opinions and suggestions for improving the situation.
