Abstract

Teoretična izhodišča: Računalnik, mobitel in televizija so danes prisotni na vsakem koraku. Otroci in mladostniki jim posvečajo preveč časa, kar vodi do zasvojenosti, slabih socialnih stikov, zdravstvenih težav in opuščanja ostalih pomembnejših aktivnostih kot sta šola in šport. Zaradi manjšega gibanja se pojavljajo težave s prekomerno telesno težo kar vodi do debelosti. Sevanje mobilnih telefonov je prav tako nevarno, sploh med klicanjem, saj takrat sevajo z največjo močjo.

Secondary abstract:	Theoretical starting-point: Today computers, cell phones and television are present at every step. Children and adolescents devote too much time to these media, which leads to addiction, poor social contacts, health problems and giving up other more important activities such as school and sports. Because of reduced movement problems with weight occur and may lead to obesity. Radiation of mobile phones is also dangerous, especially during the calling since the maximum power is produced at that point.
