Abstract

Cilj vsakega podjetja je imeti zaposlene, ki so sposobni, inovativni, delajo hitro in natančno in so usmerjeni v uresničevanje zastavljenih ciljev podjetja. Da bi podjetje razpolagalo z učinkovitim kadrom, je potrebno zaposlene motivirati. Motivacija pri delu in osebno zadovoljstvo zaposlenih sta odločilnega pomena za dobro opravljeno delo. Naloga vodij je, da spoznajo dinamiko človeške motivacije, da spoznajo svoje zaposlene in jih postavijo na ustrezno delovno mesto, ki jim omogoča ustvarjalnost in razvoj. Pri oblikovanju primernega sistema plač, nagrajevanja in motiviranja mora podjetje slediti svojim ciljem in strategiji, pri tem pa upoštevati značilnosti svojih zaposlenih. Nagrajevanje ne pomeni zgolj zagotoviti zaposlenim dodatne finančne koristi, temveč zadovoljiti tudi njihove preostale motivacijske dejavnike. Podjetje ima na razpolago številne vrste nefinančnih nagrad, ki jih v pravilnem razmerju s finančnimi nagradami mora strniti v učinkovit sistem nagrajevanja. Z raziskavo v podjetju M.Trade d.o.o. smo ugotovili, kako se zaposleni počutijo v svojem delovnem okolju, kateri dejavniki jih pri delu motivirajo in kako so z njimi zadovoljni v podjetju. Proučili smo obstoječe stanje zadovoljstva zaposlenih s posameznimi segmenti sistema nagrajevanja in na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov podali predloge za izboljšave.

Secondary abstract: The aim of every company is to have employees, who are competent, innovative, work quickly and accurately and are aimed at realizing the set goals of the company. If a company wants to have an efficient personnel, the employees have to be motivated. The motivation at work and personal satisfaction of employees is crucial for a job well done. The main task of the company leaders is to know the dynamics of human motivation and to really know their employees, so that they are in the proper position in the company, which allows them creativity and developement. In process of designing of an appropriate wage system, rewarding and motivation system, the company must pursue its main objectives and strategies, and of course also taking into account the characteristics of their employees. A reward is not simply to provide additional financial benefits to employees, but also to meet their other motivational factors. The company has many types of non-financial rewards, which should be in correct proportion to the financial rewards consolidated into an effective reward system. With the research in company M.Trade d.o.o. we find out how employees feel in their work environment, what factors motivate them at work and how they are happy with them in the company. We studied the current state of employees satisfaction with individual segments of the rewarding system and use the results to make suggestions for improvements.
