Večstanovanjska stavba na vogalu Trubarjeve in Slovenske ulice v Mariboru

Abstract

Na vogalu Trubarjeve in Slovenske ulice v Mariboru smo načrtovali večstanovanjsko stavbo tipologije vila blok 21. stoletja. Izbrana lokacija tvori zazidavo v obliki nedokončanega kareja. Načrtovana stavba zaključi kare z zgornjim volumnom, medtem ko spodnji volumen, ki predstavlja pritlični javni program, dopušča odprt vogal. Zunanja, urbanistična ureditev lokacije omogoča sproščen in atraktiven način bivanja v mestnem središču, kateremu omogočimo tudi nadstandardna stanovanja. Historičnemu centru mesta, kjer primanjkuje kvalitetnih stanovanj, damo svež pridih novega bivanjskega tipa visoke kakovosti. K temu pripomore tudi nova materialiteta zgradbe, to je prosojna kovinska mreža. Znotraj te se lahko prostori poljubno prilagajajo (večajo, manjšajo). Na ta način dobimo v mestnem središču fleksibilne prostore, kjer si stanovalci poljubno kreirajo svoj bivanjski prostor.

Secondary abstract:	We have planned an apartment building in a typology of a villa block of the 21st century. The chosen location forms construction in the unfinished cubic shape. The planned building finishes the cubic shape with the upper volume, while the lower volume allows an open corner and represents the public program of a ground floor. The urban exterior of the location provides a relaxed, attractive lifestyle in the city centre, but we enable it to provide luxury apartments. By constructing luxury building we freshen up the historic centre, that lacks quality apartments. Transparent metal mesh also contributes to this new feel of a city. Inside the building the space can be adjusted in any way (increase, decrease). This way we get flexible apartments in the city centre, in which the residents can create their own living space.
