Sodobne rešitve medgeneracijskega bivanja in povezovanja: arhitekturna in urbanistična zasnova

Abstract

Magistrsko delo obravnava spremembe v družbi in demografski strukturi prebivalstva, ki predstavljajo izzive za oblikovanje sodobnih konceptov medgeneracijskega bivanja in povezovanja ter podaja idejno rešitev za arhitekturno zasnovo sodobnega stanovanjskega objekta v Mariboru. Uvodoma je tematika predstavljena s sociološke perspektive, kjer so obravnavani ključni vidiki in oblike povezanega bivanja. Podane so usmeritve za načrtovanje, pri čemer se prepletajo priporočila dobrih praks in zakonske zahteve, teoretična izhodišča pa so podkrepljena s kvalitetnimi realiziranimi projekti. Izbira lokacije je bila pogojena z analizo primerljivega stanovanjskega programa v Mariboru, priporočil glede lege objekta integriranega bivanja in zazidljivih območji. Analize širšega in ožjega obravnavanega območja so podlaga za konceptualne zasnove urbanistične ureditve ob Ribiški ulici. Koncept, ki smo ga prepoznali kot najustreznejšega, posnema vzorec pozidave, ki ga zaznavamo okrog Vojašniškega trga v bližini in je predstavljen kot arhitekturna rešitev. Zasnova objekta medgeneracijskega bivanja upošteva lokacijske danosti ter se s pogledi in dostopi navezuje na glavno prostorsko dominanto – reko Dravo. Objekt je v prostor integriran tudi vsebinsko, saj, poleg različnih tipov stanovanj ter varovanih stanovanj in gospodinjskih skupnosti za starejše, ponuja prostore za storitvene dejavnosti, restavracijo, kavarno in rekreacijski program.

Secondary abstract:	The master's thesis discusses changes in the society and demographic structure of population, which represent challenges for designing contemporary concepts of intergenerational living and integration. The thesis proposes a conceptual solution for the design of a contemporary housing development in Maribor. In the preface, the subject is introduced from a sociological perspective, where the main aspects and forms of integrated living are presented. Directions for design processes are explained, in which recommendations of good practice intertwine with legal requirements. Theoretical bases are supported by completed quality projects. The planning area was conditional on the analysis of a similar housing program in Maribor, recommendations for position of intergenerational development and buildable locations. Analysis of the selected area on an immediate and broader scale is the foundation for concepts of urbanistic layout by the Ribiška street. The concept recognized as most appropriate imitates the existing pattern of the built structure around Vojašniški square and is presented as an architectural solution. Design of the intergenerational living development considers the endowments of the area and is tied to the main spatial dominant – Drava river – with views and accesses. Also, the building is integrated in the area in terms of program. Beside different types of apartments, assisted living apartments and senior communities, it offers places for service activities, a restaurant, café and recreational program.
