Abstract

Živimo v času nenehnih sprememb. Gospodarska kriza podjetjem otežuje prodajo njihovih izdelkov. Če se želijo podjetja obdržati na trgu in prodajati svoje izdelke, morajo biti naklonjena strankam in njihovim zahtevam. Podjetja morajo nenehno stremeti k novim izboljšavam in rešitvam informacijskih sistemov, da bodo lahko ostala konkurenčna na trgu. Rešitev CRM je orodje za upravljanje odnosov s strankami. Je sistem, ki povezuje vse tiste podatke in informacije, ki smo jih doslej imeli razdrobljene po Excelovih tabelah, v E-pošti, v obstoječih informacijskih sistemih in še kje. CRM omogoča pridobitev podatkov na enem mestu kjerkoli in kadarkoli le z nekaj kliki. Obstoječa SAP rešitev na področju prodajnih procesov ni več kos potrebam Gorenja, zato jo je potrebno nadgraditi. Integracija CRM in SAP rešitve bi na področju prodaje prinesla potencialne koristi.

Secondary abstract: We live in a time of constant changes. The economic crisis makes it difficult for companies to sell their products. If the companies want to maintain their position on the market and sell their products, they shall be in favour of customers and their requirements. In order to remain competitive on the market, companies shall constantly strive for new improvements and information system solutions. CRM solution is a tool for customer relationship management. This is a system that connects all those data and information which up to now were fragmented in Excel tables, E-mail, in the existing information systems and elsewhere. CRM allows to obtain data in one place wherever and whenever with just a few clicks. The actual SAP solution in the field of sales processes no longer competes with Gorenje needs, therefore it needs to be upgraded. The integration of CRM and SAP solution would bring potential benefits in the sales area.
