Abstract

V današnjem času so računalniki in tehnologija popolnoma prevzeli poslovanje. Podjetja morajo, če želijo preživeti v boju s konkurenco, slediti najnovejšim trendom in uvajati potrebne spremembe in novosti v poslovanju. Z vsemi prednostmi, ki jih prinaša takšen način poslovanja pa se srečujemo tudi z nevarnostmi. Nekaterim se lahko izognemo s primerno zaščito in načinom varovanja tehnološke opreme. Delo diplomskega seminarja je razdeljeno na tri dele. Na začetku je predstavljeno elektronsko poslovanje. V drugem delu je opisano elektronsko računovodstvo, ki predstavlja kakovostnejše računovodske storitve in velja za sodobno obliko vodenja računovodstva. V tretjem delu je nato predstavljen praktičen primer računovodskega servisa, ki zelo dobro ponazarja elektronsko poslovanje in uporabo spletne informacijske rešitve.

Secondary abstract:	Nowadays, computers and technology completely took over the operations. Companies must, if they want to survive in the face of competition, follow the latest trends and introduce the necessary changes and innovations in business. With all the advantages that brings such a way of doing business, we are also faced with threats. Some can be avoided with suitable protection and with ways of protecting technical equipment. The work of the thesis is divided in three parts. At the beginning is presented e-commerce. In the second part is decribed electronic accounting system, which represents a higher quality of accounting services and applies to a modern form of managing accounting. In the third section is then presented a practical example of accounting firm that very well exemplified electronic commerce and the use of online information solutions.
