Abstract

Naloga govori o uporabi toplotnih črpalk v industriji, ki za svoje obratovanje uporabljajo obnovljive vire energije. V svetu je energija pridobljena iz obnovljivih virov vse bolj pomembna. Iščejo se boljše in kvalitetnejše rešitve za izrabo naravnih virov, ki omogočajo boljše izkoristke ter nižje stroške vsakodnevnega obratovanja. Naloga predstavlja dva sistema uporabljena za istočasno pridobivanje toplote in hladu. Namen naloge je predstavitev sistemov in rezultatov obratovanja toplotnih črpalk dimenzioniranih po potrebah farmacevtskega podjetja. Predstavljena sistema delujeta na visokem nivoju in omogoča odlične izkoristke, ki rezultirajo v relativno kratki vračilni dobi investicije. Analizirani so podatki podani s strani proizvajalca toplotnih črpalk in meritve opravljene med obratovanjem toplotnih črpalk. Iz analize smo ugotovili, da proizvajalec navaja točne podatke. Z uporabo toplotnih črpalk, ki delujejo z visoko učinkovitostjo, pripomoremo k zmanjšanju izpusta toplogrednih plinov v naravo s strani industrije, ki je ena večjih onesnaževalcev okolja. V obravnavanem podjetju skrbijo za čim večjo ekološko osveščenost zaposlenih ter stremijo k uporabi energetsko učinkovitih ter okolju prijaznih tehnologij.

Secondary abstract: Thesis speaks of use of heat pumps that use renewable sources for industrial use. In the world is energy gained from renewable sources more and more important. Better and more quality solutions are searched for utilization of natural sources that enable better effectiveness and lover cost of every day operations. Thesis presents two systems used for simultaneous gaining of heat and cold. The aim is to present both systems and results of operation from heat pumps dimensioned after needs in pharmaceutical company. Presented systems work on high level and enable great results. Data obtained from manufacturer and measurements made between operation is analyzed from which we find out about accuracy of manufacturers. With use of heat pumps that work with high efficiency we contribute to reduction of greenhouse gas release in nature from the industry that is one of biggest environmental polluter. In discussed company they take care for bigger ecological awareness of employers and aspire to use energy efficient and environmental friendly technologies.
