Alarmiranje in reševanje iz predorov v primeru prometnih nesreč

Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo opisali in predstavili alarmiranje in reševanje iz predorov v primeru prometnih nesreč. Opisali smo gasilce in njihovo opremo, ki omogoča reševanje ponesrečencev iz predorov v težkih pogojih. Predor je zaprt objekt, zato so lahko posledice nesreč v njem katastrofalne. Kljub statistiki, ki nam govori, da nesreč v cestnih predorih ni veliko, da je njihovo število glede na druge dele ceste sorazmerno majhno, so lahko posledice teh nesreč zato veliko večje in resnejše. To je razlog, da se varnosti v cestnih predorih v zadnjem času posveča vedno več pozornosti. S tem je povezana oprema reševalnih enot in njihovo usposabljanje s poudarkom na praksi, namenjeno posebej za reševanje iz predorov, poteku alarmiranja reševalnih enot, kjer je pomemben predvsem njihov odzivni čas, izboljšava in obnova opreme in varnostnih naprav v predorih.

Secondary abstract:	The following diploma contains the descriptions and performing of alarming and solving out of tunnels in the case of accidents. The firemen and their equipment, that anables rescuing from the tunnels in very complicate conditions, have been described. Tunnel is a closed object, therefore the consequences of an accident can be disastrous. Despite the statistics, that presents not so many accidents in road tunnels and including the fact that their frequency is quite low comparing to other parts of the road, the results of tunnel accidents are far more serious. That is why safety in tunnels has been lately given more attention. The equipment has to be therefore for such specific purposes as accidents in tunnels are. The solving units also have to be well prepared and trained to provide rescuing. Further on, the procedure of alarming has to be agreed in order to ensure the appropriate responsive time, the equipement has to be improved constantly and the safety devices in tunnels should be checked.
