Abstract
V projektni nalogi diplomskega izpita primerjamo šest modifikacij stanovanjskih enot vrstnih hiš. Opazujemo porabo energije glede na spremembo tlorisne geometrije in faktorja oblike posameznega modela, pri konstantnem deležu zasteklitve in enotni lokaciji. Primerjamo spremembo porabe energije pri prostostoječi hiši ter pri zahodni, srednji in vzhodni enoti vrstnih hiš. Na podlagi ugotovljene najoptimalnejše oblike zasnujemo primer vrstnih hiš. V teoretičnem delu predstavimo pregled zgodovine in osnov vrstnih hiš ter leseno in energijsko učinkovito gradnjo.

Modification of housing units in row houses |
Secondary abstract: |
In the thesis we compare six modifications of housing units in row houses. We examine the influence of floor plan geometry and the shape factor on the energy consumption of individual models with proportion of glazing and location kept constant. The changes in energy consumption of detached single-family houses are compared to west, middle, and east units of row houses. In addition, an example of a row house development is designed based on the model's optimal
shape. The theoretical part presents an overview of the history and basics of row houses, together with an introduction to the wood and energy-efficient construction. |
