Abstract

Diplomska naloga je zasnovana na podlagi povpraševanja podjetja GP Špiljak po hidravlični vpenjalni pripravi za izdelavo orodij steklarske industrije na CNC obdelovalnem stroju in obsega povpraševanje, preučitev zahtevnika in samega naročila ter izdelavo analiz in tehnične dokumentacije. Ker gre za natančno strojno obdelavo, je bilo konstruiranje prilagojeno orodjarskim standardom, ki zahtevajo uporabo primernih materialov, obdelanih v ožjih tolerančnih območjih. Potrebna je bila tudi prilagoditev orodja na agresivna sredstva, ki jih dovajamo pri samem postopku izdelave končnih izdelkov. Naknadno je bila izražena želja tudi po izdelavi hidravlične sheme, glede na strojno opremo stroja.

Secondary abstract: The diploma work is based on the basis of demand from the company GP Špiljak for the hydraulic vice, used to produce glass industry tools on CNC machining center. It consists of demand, an examination of the requester and the contract itself and formulation of finite element analysis and technical documentation. Because it deals with precise machining, designing was customized by tool making standards that require the use of appropriate materials, processed in the narrower tolerance zones. It was also necessary to adjust the tool to the aggressive substances, which are used at the manufacturing process of the finished products. The company has subsequently ordered a hydraulic scheme according to the hardware of the machine.
