diplomsko delo
Aljaž Pegan (Author), Edvard Kolar (Mentor)

Abstract

Secondary title: THEORETICAL BIOMECHANICAL MODEL OF THE ELEMEN PEGAN ON HIGH BAR
Secondary abstract: The purpose of present dissertation was to contribute towards the successful learning of most complex gymnastics elements. The aim of the work was to develop a theoretical biomechanical model of motor technique for the element "Pegan" on high bar with the use of Smolevsk's model (1992, summarized in Kolar, Samardžija & Veličkovič, 2015, p 17). Furthermore, in compliance with the developed biomechanical model of motor technique and with a help of element learning model in artistic gymnastics (Kolar, Piletič & Veličković, 2005), a learning model for the element "Pegan" was developed. Measured subject was a former elite gymnast and world champion on high bar, Aljaž Pegan, who first person performed element "Pegan" on high bar in competition. Element was recorded at the 2004 Men's Artistic Gymnastics European Championships in Ljubljana.
