magistrsko delo

Abstract

V magistrskem delu smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika ugotavljali, kakšna so stališča študentov razrednega pouka do timskega dela. Podatki so bili obdelani kvantitativno.

Secondary title: Standpoints of primary teacher education students referring to team work
Secondary abstract: Team work has become one of the most important aspects in development of a social competence. In the paper, a questionaire was set to establish the viewpoints of the students of primary teacher education programmes towards team work. 173 students were involved in the research of the 1st and 2nd cycle programmes of the University of Maribor. We were interested whether there are differences among students of the first and second cycle. The data were dealt with in a quantitative way. The results have shown that the students are well acquainted with team work but that depends on their own initiative. The students of the second cycle are more convinced about the benefits of team work. Students are interested in team work and have already participated in team work at schools. The majority believes that pupils would like to take part in team work too. Students are mostly interested in planning and realisation of the lesson within a specific subject depending on the age of the pupils. They feel most confortable if the roles within the team are clearly set. The benefit of team work is higher efficiency and the drawback is having to adjust to each other. According to students of the second cycle, the most important are organisational skills while students of the first cycle believe that opinion of others is more important. In activities where more members are asked to work together, the primary cycle students prefer group work while the secondary cycvle students prefer team work.
