Abstract

Magistrsko delo smo razdelili na teoretični in empirični (praktični) del. V teoretičnem delu smo s pomočjo strokovne literature predstavili in opisali ključne osnovne pojme na področju družb in računovodenja ter nekatere od njih pogledali tudi z vidika zakonodaje. Empirični del pa smo razdelili na preučitev letnih poročil in na izračun kazalnikov. Pri preučitvi letnih poročil podjetja Telekom Slovenije, d. d. smo se osredotočili na letni poročili za poslovni leti 2010 in 2011, natančneje na računovodske izkaze teh dveh poslovnih let. V nadaljevanju predstavljamo izračune kazalnikov, podamo svoje komentarje ter primerjamo vrednosti kazalnikov za poslovni leti 2010 in 2011. V zaključkih pa smo podali naše sklepne misli.

Secondary abstract:	This master’s thesis is divided into a theoretical and empirical (practical) part. In the theoretical part we introduce and describe the key basic terms from the field of company law and accounting by using professional literature and examine some of them from the aspect of legislation. The empirical part is divided into the examination of annual reports and the calculation of financial ratios. In the former part we exclusively focus on the annual reports of the Telekom Slovenia, d. d. company for the financial years 2010 and 2011, more specifically on financial statements for these two financial years. In the latter part we demonstrate the calculation of financial ratios, provide our comments and compare the value of financial ratios for the financial years 2010 and 2011. Our closing thoughts are provided in the conclusions.
