Abstract
V času hitro spreminjajočega se sveta je kvalitetno in trajno pridobljeno znanje, ki si ga posameznik v življenju pridobi, postane neprecenljivo. Znanja, ki si ga lahko pridobimo v različnih institucijah, predstavljajo vedno večji dejavnik uspeha. Na izbiro imamo veliko načinov izobraževanja, kot je klasično izobraževanje, izobraževanje na daljavo oz. današnje izobraževanje, ki mu pravimo e-izobraževanje. E-izobraževanje posamezniku nudi časovno učinkovito izobraževanje v trenutku, ko ga potrebuje. Moderne tehnologije omogočajo posamezniku takojšen stik z informacijo, ki jo posameznik potrebuje. Med moderno tehnologijo štejemo vsekakor osebni računalnik, prenosni in žepni računalnik, tablični računalnik, pametni mobilni telefoni, elektronske knjige, spletne učilnice, s katerimi si pomagamo do učinkovitega e-izobraževanja.
Pri e-izobraževanju prihranimo pri stroških, času, svobodni smo pri izbiri vsebine, imamo večjo svobodno pri učenju in večjo ustvarjalnost, hitreje pridobivamo podatke preko spleta. Zaradi vseh teh naštetih dejavnikov potrebujemo implementacijo e-izobraževanja, za izpeljavo in pravilno delovanje le-tega pa ustrezno tehnologijo in programsko opremo. Tako je implementacija e-izobraževanja odvisna od tehnološkega razvoja, upoštevati moramo tudi potrebe izobražencev, učne procese in učna gradiva, dodatna usposabljanja, vsebinsko in tehnološko podporo.
V nalogi smo želeli predstaviti, kateri so vsi ključni elementi, ki pripomorejo k boljšemu in hitremu e-izobraževanju. Na kaj vse moramo biti pozorni, da bo naše e-izobraževanje kvalitetno in obstojno v poslovnem svetu. Podrobneje smo se osredotočili na implementacijo e-izobraževanja v šolstvu in predstavili spletne učilnice v šolstvu, kako so spletne učilnice zgrajene, kaj vse vsebujejo in kaj vse nam omogočajo za učinkovito e-izobraževanje.

In the fast changing world quality and permanent knowledge, acquired by a person during his/hers life, becomes priceless. The knowledge acquired in different institutions represents an ever-growing factor of success. We have many forms of education at our disposal, such as classic learning, distance learning or today’s learning, which we call e-learning. E-learning offers an individual time-efficient learning whenever he/she needs it. Modern technology offers an instant contact with the necessary information. Modern technology definitely includes personal computers, laptops and pocket computers, tablets, smart phones, e-books, virtual classrooms, which help us with effective e-learning.
E-learning offers us cost reduction, time saving, free choice of content, greater learning freedom and creativity, faster data gathering over the internet. Due to the above mentioned factors we need to implement e-learning for execution, proper function, adequate technology and software. The implementation of e-learning is dependent on technological development, but we also need to consider the needs of the students, learning processes and materials, additional qualifications, content and technological support.
The thesis presents key elements, which contribute to a better and faster e-learning, and what we need to pay attention to so that our e-learning would be of high quality and permanent in the business world. Our detailed focus was on the implementation of e-learning into the educational system and we also presented virtual classrooms in the educational system, how virtual classrooms are built, what they comprise and what they contribute to an efficient e-learning. |
