Primerjava podatkov o količini in načinu ravnanja z odpadki v Sloveniji in izbranih Evropskih državah

Abstract

Zaradi vse večjega onesnaževanja je naš planet vse bolj obremenjen. Količine odpadkov se večajo, zato je pomembno, da se zaostrijo zahteve po pravilnem ravnanju z odpadki. Časa, ko je bilo dovoljeno odlagati neobdelane odpadke, je konec in v sistem je potrebno uvesti sheme za pravilno ravnanje z odpadki. Cilj novih postopkov je preprečevanje nastajanja odpadkov ter snovna in energetska izraba odpadkov z minimaliziranim ostankom na odlagališčih. Bistvo takšnih postopkov je v ločevanju na samem viru nastanka odpadka. Glavni del tega diplomskega dela vsebuje primerjavo podatkov o količinah komunalnih odpadkov pridobljenih iz različnih virov ter opis obstoječega načrta ravnanja z omenjenimi odpadki pri nas in v izbranih Evropskih državah.

Secondary abstract:	Due to increasingly higher pollution, our planet is more and more burdened. Amounts of waste are increasing; therefore it is important to tighten the requirements for proper waste management. Times, when it was allowed to dispose of the unprocessed waste are over, and the schemes for proper waste management system have to be introduced. The goal of new procedures is preventing waste generation and material and energy utilization of waste with the minimized remains in the landfills. The essence of such procedures is the separation at the source of generation of the waste. The main part of this thesis contains comparison of the data on the amounts of the communal waste obtained from various sources and description of the existing plan for the treatment of mentioned waste both in Slovenia and in selected European countries.
