Abstract

V diplomskem delu je opisan potek razvoja žerjavne roke, ki se uporablja za video produkcijo. Za konstruiranje in modeliranje žerjava smo uporabili program Solidworks. Osnovo konstrukcije smo vzeli iz obstoječih žerjavov na trgu in jo prilagodili. Pokazati smo želeli, da je mogoče z preprostimi postopki izdelave, izdelati cenovno ugoden žerjav za kamere. Preverili smo gibanje in delovanje žerjava v simulacijskem okolju. Preverili smo tudi nosilnost žerjava z metodo končnih elementov. Žerjav se je fizično izdelal. Na podlagi vseh stroškov smo določili prodajno ceno. Za konec pa smo poiskali še predloge, kako prodreti na trg z našim izdelkom.

Secondary title: Conceiving and designing the small crane for a video camera
Secondary abstract: This diploma thesis describes the course of development of a camera Jib, which is used for video production. Solidworks program was used for designing the crane. The basis of design was taken from existing cranes on the market. We wanted to show that it is possible to create an affordable camera crane. In a simulation environment, we checked the functionality of the crane. With the finite elements method we verified the load capacity. We also build the crane in the workshop. On the basis of all costs, we determined the selling price. In the end we listed suggestions on how to start selling the product.
